How licensing works
- Download the app (macOS or Windows). No account needed.
- Use the free tier immediately — 1 app, no time limit.
- When you need Pro, buy a license on the pricing page through Paddle.
- Paddle sends a receipt email with your transaction ID.
- Open NewASO → Settings → License → paste the transaction ID → Activate.
- The app verifies with Paddle and unlocks Pro.
The app re-validates the license every 7 days. If you are offline, it keeps Pro active for a 14-day grace period before falling back to Free. You can deactivate a device from Settings to free the slot for another machine.
