Built for the people who ship the app.
NewASO started with a small frustration: ASO advice is everywhere, but the actual work is scattered across keyword tools, keyword spreadsheets, character counters, and a notes app. One project should not need five tabs to answer one question.
One app. One project. One research trail.
NewASO treats each app as a single project that accumulates context. The idea you started with, the competitors you found, the keywords you scored, the listing you wrote, and the rank you measured all live together — so next month's update starts from evidence instead of a blank page.
It is built for independent developers and small studios: people who own the whole launch, cannot spend a monthly fortune on keyword data, and would rather see a confidence label than a suspiciously precise number.
NewASO is an independent product. It is not a marketplace analytics suite, it does not claim to replace paid volume providers, and it will never pretend a heuristic is a guarantee.
We use it on our own apps too — BloodSnap, a blood pressure and glucose tracker, is live on Google Play and the App Store.
The real captures across this site come from that project: 268 scored keywords, a 1,200-keyword research run, ten locales, and rank positions checked across 17 markets.
Local-first, by design
Your projects and research sit in a database on your machine. There is no NewASO account to create and no research library on our servers.
Evidence over vibes
Every recommendation traces back to competitor phrases, live autocomplete, and search results — with confidence labels where the data is thin.
Ship, don't study
The workspace exists to get you from an idea to a validated listing you can paste into Play Console and App Store Connect.
